Aliens Tattoo at the Big London Tattoo Show

At Aliens Tattoo, we have always believed in bringing life to stories and lifting art to new heights, And to share our story on the global stage, we had the beautiful opportunity to be a part of the Big London Tattoo Show.

We’d say, being a part of the show was a moment of great pride for us and for the entire Indian tattoo community. It also gave us a chance to share the beauty of the Indian tattoo culture with people from all over the world. This experience was not just about showing off our skills, it was about connecting with fellow artists and those who share our passion for storytelling through ink.

Every tattoo we displayed had its own special story, reflecting the emotions and traditions that inspire us. Through our art, we aimed to create connections that go beyond borders, showing how tattoos can express who we are and where we come from.

Come, take a closer look at our journey at the Big London Tattoo Show!

A Global Celebration of Art

The Big London Tattoo Show is one of the largest tattoo conventions in the UK, bringing together tattoo artists, enthusiasts, and providers from around the world. Every year, the event features live tattoo sessions, tattoo competitions, and exhibitions of various styles, including traditional, realistic, blackwork, and more. It also features the work of leading local and international tattoo artists.

Aside from tattooing, the show offers a variety of entertainment, including live performances, music, and lifestyle vendors selling everything from tattoo aftercare products to alternative fashion. Visitors can make appointments with artists, observe tattooing demonstrations, or simply enjoy the tattoo-centric culture. It serves as a gathering place for both beginners and experienced tattoo collectors.

It was an honour to be a part of this event since it set Aliens Tattoo to the top of the global scene and allowed us to introduce Indian tattoo culture to an international audience.

Not only was our participation meant to represent Aliens Tattoo, but it also served to highlight the legacy that Indian tattoo art possesses. From the traditional tribal designs to the contemporary takes on Indian mythology, our designs reflected the emotions of our culture. This was our opportunity to demonstrate how Indian art can be unique and have a long-lasting influence on the tattoo community worldwide.

Bringing Our Art At The Global Stage

Our masters of ink contributed something special to the convention, both with their designs and the stories that accompanied them. Allan Gois, Devendra Palav, Siddhesh Gawde, Darshan Soni, and Ronit Sood, each inked pieces that showcased their unique styles.

With all the buzzing machines and awesome art around, our team stood out with tattoos that everyone was talking about. Here's a peek at the piece that stole the show:

Allan Gois

Allan inked a bold tattoo of Goddess Kali, known as the goddess of time, destruction, and transformation. With popular elements like skulls, and her iconic tongue outstretched symbols of death, and new beginnings, this design reflects her fierce energy. Every element serves as a reminder of Kali's ability to destroy the old and make room for the new, highlighting the value of development and change. We wanted to pay tribute to her courageous spirit with this tattoo, combining traditional meaning with a creative twist.

Ronit Sood

Ronit inked a traditional Indian tattoo of lord Ganesha in a sketch style, capturing his spirit. Known as the god of new beginnings, Ganesha is often honoured at the start of important life events. The tattoo features details like lotus flowers and offerings that represent wealth and wisdom. The sketchy style also highlights Lord Ganesha’s kindness and grace, giving the tattoo a flowing look. This design beautifully combines tradition with a fresh twist, reminding us to seek his blessings before starting new adventures.

Darshan Soni

Darshan created a beautiful tattoo inspired by goddess Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom and knowledge. This design blends traditional elements with modern techniques, showcasing the beauty of Indian culture. Goddess Saraswati represents the source of all knowledge, reminding us that wisdom is important in everything we do, no matter how big or small. With this piece, Darshan expresses how our traditions can inspire us in new ways, helping us build strong connections and gain insights that are important for our success and personal development.

Devendra Palav

Devendra created a stunning mandala tattoo for the Best Ornamental Tattoo category. The design centres around Lord Shiva’s trishul, or sacred trident, which represents power, protection, and balance. The mandala patterns surrounding the trishul add beautiful symmetry and details, blending spiritual meaning with decorative beauty. Each element of the design captures the emotions of Lord Shiva while maintaining an elegant and eye-catching style. It took six hours to complete where the tattoo beautifully combined spiritual symbols with ornamental art, making it both meaningful and visually striking.

Siddhesh Gawde

Siddhesh created an impressive avant-garde tattoo inspired by Lord Shiva, representing the Aghoris. This tattoo beautifully reflects the cycle of life, showing how a person is born, goes through various experiences, and ultimately returns to the divine. Deeply rooted in our rich mythology, the design flows from a skull to the Aghori figure, featuring a mantra and ending with a hand holding a kamandalu, which is a water pot. Lines radiating from the design symbolise the magic and deep connection between life and the universe.

Taking Indian Tattoo Art to the World

Our presence at the Big London Tattoo Show was a big moment for Aliens Tattoo, as we proudly represented Indian tattoo art on a global stage. This event gave us a wonderful chance not only to show our artistic skills but also to share the stories, traditions, and feelings that are brought to life in each design.

For us, it was a special opportunity to introduce the world to the lively culture of Indian tattooing. Each tattoo we displayed had its own story, reflecting our deep heritage and the values that inspire us.

As we connected with other artists and tattoo lovers, we felt a strong sense of belonging, knowing that we were part of a larger community united by our passion for creativity and self-expression.

Looking Ahead

Our journey to the Big London Tattoo Show was an unforgettable experience, not just for the tattoos we created, but for the connections we made and the stories we shared. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved and excited for what’s to come. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to pushing the boundaries of tattoo art and representing India on the world stage.

This is just the beginning of Aliens Tattoo on the global stage!
